The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) is the regional planning and intergovernmental coordination agency that focuses on issues critical to the region's success, including growth and development, transportation, water resources, services for older adults and workforce solutions. ARC is dedicated to unifying the region's collective resources to prepare the metropolitan area for a prosperous future. This is done through professional planning initiatives, the provision of objective information, and community involvement in collaborative partnerships.

Georgia Commute Options (GCO) is the regional Transportation Demand Management (TDM) program that provides customized worksite assistance, ride matching services, and incentive programs to help commuters, employers, and schools with solutions for a better commute. GCO incentivizes behavior change in the region's commuters from single occupant vehicles to carpool, vanpool, transit, bike, walk, and/or telework.

The ARC Mobility Services Group (MSG) is seeking a part-time, temporary employee for program administration needs associated with GCO’s employer and commuter outreach projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in data management and reporting, preferably using the Salesforce CRM tool. This temporary position is not eligible for benefits; working up to 29 hours per week.


  • Liaise between the MSG outreach, marketing, evaluation, and technology teams to strategize and document solutions for existing data and reporting needs;
  • Assist in the development of an inventory/catalog of MSG performance metrics, data sources and reporting;
  • Identify gaps/opportunities in data collection and reporting – working with GCO staff to understand processes for the entry of outreach data into Salesforce and the use of the platform for monthly/quarterly reporting requirements;
  • Develop/update standard operating procedures (SOP) to document the preferred Salesforce data entry and reporting processes;
  •  Assist with Salesforce data cleanup efforts as needed;
  •  Perform other duties as assigned to support agency goals and objectives.


  • Knowledge of Transportation Demand Management concepts and programs;
  • Knowledge of basic management skills;
  • Ability and willingness to assess and learn an array of tools as needed;
  • Ability to establish priorities and organize work;
  • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently with general instructions and possess a desire to learn, overcome challenges and solve problems;
  • Possess strong time management, analytical and technical skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public administration, or related field

An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above, unless otherwise subject to any other requirements set forth in law or regulation.


  • Master’s degree in business, marketing, public administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of related experience
  • Proficient in Salesforce (including report management experience), Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Visio
  • Experience using Asana or other project management collaboration tools
